In my paper, I will be examining the marine structures called coral reefs. My study will consider several different aspects of the coral reef system: an examination of the coral within the reef itself; the positive effects coral has on the reef ecosystem; the negative effects humans have had on coral reefs; and finally, how coral reefs fit in with the larger oceanic ecosystem.
