Have you considered looking at evil as it has been presented in Literature, i.e. Conrad's The Heart of Darkness, Camus The Stranger, Crime and Punishment, Robert Penn Warren All the Kings Men. People from the begining of time have been debating if evil is innate, or learned and if it is learned, how it is learned. Your project could benefit from a bit more narrowed/focused perspective. Also, looking at evil from different cultural perspectives/philosophies (similar to the utiliterian stuff) might help you to find cohesion in your project. Interesting stuff boys!...Cute and smart...what a combo...
